Chef Jack to celebrate 10 years on the job

This weekend will be a major milestone for Chef Jack at the Stockman Hotel in Texas.

“Over the past decade, we’ve worked out that Jack has cooked more than 250,000 meals for locals and visitors — a pretty incredible contribution to the town”, Publican Grace Cheatly said.

“His story is more than just about food though: Jack made the brave move from India to Australia, and eventually brought his family here to build a life in Texas”

“We feel very lucky to have someone so committed not only to his job, but also to our community. Jack’s loyalty, skill, and heart have helped shape the Stockman into what it is today,” Grace said.
