The students of Bonshaw Public School, from preschool through to Year 6, recently held an exhibition at the Texas Regional Art Gallery, showcasing their artistic voices as young makers.

A vibrant celebration of creativity and imagination, the exhibition was bursting with colour, texture, and playful experimentation, highlighting an exciting range of techniques and materials.

Visitors encountered everything from whimsical clay and foam sculptures to inventive constructions using pool noodles, alongside richly patterned acrylic marbling, intricate weaving, and expressive tie-dye works.

The exhibition also featured a series of large-scale collaborative pieces, originally created for display at the Neram Regional Art Gallery in Armidale, reflecting the power of teamwork and shared artistic vision.
