Weekend’s Division 2 Pennants hosted by Texas Bowls Club
Last Saturday and Sunday Texas Bowls Club hosted the 2025 Division 2 Pennants.
After some spectacular bowls Texas defeated The Summit 49 to 36. Congratulations to the following Texas Bowlers for such a magnificent effort: Neville Morris, John Hamel, Dave Warren, Blue Edmondstone, Dan Mulhearn, Debbie Hawryluk, Dave Fomiatti, Les Masters and Sandra Pianta.
A big thank you to our Green Keeper Lucan for all his hard work over the last few weeks. Our Green was a highlight to all visiting bowlers.
Last Wednesday’s Social Bowls was won by Johannas L, Barry S and Dave F.
The Friday Night Draw jackpots to $700 this week as Angelica H #276 was not present last Friday.
The Sunday Draw of $50 jackpots to $60 as Steve B was not present last Sunday.
This Sunday, 2nd November, we are holding our annual Fours Carnival. Once again, the day will showcase some of our best reginal bowlers.
Saturday 8th November we are having our Trivia and 80’s themed fancy Dress night. DJ Curly will be playing. Bring all your family and friends along and enjoy a fun night out at the club.
Our Courtesy Bus will be running so book your seat by phoning the club.
