Yelarbon State School Update

Welcome also to Declan Fitzgerald from Brisbane, who is joining us for his five-week, final teaching practicum.

Book Club has gone home, and orders taken through the LOOP system were due in by Wednesday the 21st of October.

Our whole school is looking forward to attending “Camp Cooby” for three days in Week Five.
P.E curriculum swimming will commence at the Goondiwindi Pool on Friday 30th October for all year levels. A bus will be provided for travel to and from the pool.
Our free Kindy program runs five days a fortnight on a Monday, Tuesday and alternate Wednesday. If your child was born between the 1st July 2021 and 30th June 2022, they are eligible to participate now. To join us for Kindy in 2027, children need to be born between 1st July 2022 and the 30th June 2023. Please contact the school if you would like further information.
Free Playgroup sessions also run on Friday mornings at the school. Come along and meet other local parents and enjoy organised activities with your little one. Please bring some morning tea for yourself and your little one/s. See our Facebook page or contact the school for further details. No bookings or commitment are required.
