Visiting Dignitary Mayor Lawrence Springborg delivered a moving speech to Dali and Joan Doljanin who are moving onto Toowoomba. Dali will be missed by the club and we wish him and Joan all the best in the future. No doubt he will still be calling in to see us.

Dali performed the investiture of Donna Simms, our new member. Welcome to Lions Donna!

Dali also invested the new committee who are:

President Kathy Palmer, Vice President Erin Flemming, Treasurer Patrick Flint and Secretary Wondah Lollback. The committee can now focus on getting ready for more work in our local community for our community.

Our visiting club came from Millmerran and we appreciated them travelling over to be with us. They were also lucky enough to be taking home some raffle prizes as well.

The luncheon had a 60's, 70's theme and attendees all came out in their best Hippie gear. We hope you all had a good time.
