Approximately 50 people attended the event, helping to raise just under $700 for the Cancer Council.

The morning attracted people from across the region, including visitors from Yelarbon and Texas, with many guests adding a touch of blue and yellow to their attire. It made the best-dressed competition a challenge for the judges.

A highlight of the morning was the generous support from the Inglewood Bakery, who kindly provided a delicious selection of sandwiches, sweet slices, and cookies. Their contribution was greatly appreciated and helped make the event a success.

Guests enjoyed a variety of games and activities throughout the morning, along with a multi-draw raffle, lucky door prize, and pin the cherry on the pancake.

The Healthy Aging 60s & Better group would like to extend its sincere thanks to the Albert Street Bakery, all volunteers, prize donors, and everyone who attended and supported the event.

The morning reflected a strong spirit of connection and the caring nature of our regional community, and its willingness to come together to support those affected by cancer.
