Mental Wellness and Selfcare Session at Community Health
A very informative session was recently held at Community Health when a number of 60’s and Better members met with Kristie Lambert – Mental Health Rural Adversity Clinician and Kendall, Georgia and Chloe from “Lives Lived Well” Goondiwindi.

Participants at the Inglewood Community Health Centre.
Those attending learnt that anyone who is experiencing challenging times and finding it overwhelming and affecting their Mental Health can seek help and support very easily and without a referral.
This amazing team are working together to support our rural communities.
Thank you for taking the time to come out to Inglewood to touch base with the 60’s & Better Healthy Ageing Group – Inglewood.
For more information, please contact Lives Lived Well in Goondiwindi, or Community Health in Inglewood for their contact details.
